Hi, I am Shinichi Yamada, a director of July Rehearsal Limited, a non-profit organisation.
We are applying for registration in Charity Services in NZ.
We post the constitution of the organisation below.

Objectives of the organisation are the following:
1. to advocate conducting rehearsal in July in 2025 for the Nankai Trough Earthquake,
2. to eliminate dangers in the nuclear facilities in Japan,
3. to support the recovery after the earthquake.

With regards to objectives 1 and 2, we are engaging the following tasks:
(a) to propose the July rehearsal to companies and public organisations in Japan
(b) to set up communication tools
(c) to ask the support for the solution to the nuclear crisis from companies and foundations in the world
